I dont call it anything special.
1 Can Black Beans 110 calories per serving
1/2 cup of Mahatma Brown Rice
1/2 Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Chopped Red Onion
1 Jalapeno Pepper
6 Cherry Tomatos
1 cap of Olive Oil
(Bullet Point time)
* cook the rice first per package instructions
*rinse beans in water
I wrap mine in a tor tilla (90calories!!!!) top it with lettuce, tomato, salsa GUACAMOLE!!!!
There is enough for dinner tonight and lunch and dinner tomorrow.
