This Weeks Motivation...

2 weeks left in my #FleurtySummerChallenge and I want to dig deep and go ham!!!
Yesterday I wrote out my schedule for the week.  I like having something written and posted in my line of site.  It also makes me feel guilty as hell when I haven't followed my schedule.

So this post, short and to the point ...

This is this weeks schedule:

I have already f#ucked up...LOL

Yesterday/Monday was a no go...I wasn't feeling well and I laid in my bed and chilled.
This morning the 5am Club STARTED...lol...FAIL!
I woke up at 5am...yaaay!
Texted my 5am clubber...yaay!
Fell back asleep...boooo!

My partner, Jasmine, texted and and said it was a FAIL for her as well...lol
On to the rest of my evening!!
I have PTA tonight BUT I'm getting my exercise in after!

Update:
After PTA Junior Class meeting I went home...
AND
I marched up to my room put on my allll my exercise equipment and drove to the trail (it's far, horrible windy road).
I was empowered and excited!!
I did 100 squats to get my thighs pumped up ( my process)
I walked 3 miles !

I forget how I love walking on the trail...How I have no control over the walk...meaning as far as walk and I have to walk that same distance back...and because it was just about sunset I had to hustle back!

Today: Repeat.

I'm joining the Motivational Monday Link up, Hump Day Blog Hop and Workout Wednesday!

Tell me about your goals for the week.

Hump Daaaaaaaaaaay!!!...

Welcome Wednesday!!!!
Great thing about blogging on Wednesdays are the link ups & blog hops!! --> These 2 are my Wednesday Favorites Hump Day Blog Hop with Liz and Workout Wednesday with Diatta!

The #fleurtyfitchallenge is going great so far.  Having these ladies have my back and hold me accountable is just what I needed.  Its just giving me a renewed view of my journey.
It has helped me to remember the things that I love about changing, developing and living a healthier lifestyle.
AND SQUATS!!!! HA! I'm doing the 30 Day challenge, as I said in a previous post, and its so awesome!!!

Things I love about doing the 30 Day Squat Challenge.

1. Being Sore. I love being sore. It makes me feel like I put in some work and that I did those squats RIGHT!! #winning

2. Burning LOTS of Calories. The glutes and quads are huge muscles and when they are activated (via squat) they burn more calories even AFTER you STOP working out!! So as I type this... I'm BURNING CALORIES!!

3. Feeling Strong. I mean come on.. If you have done squats you know how you feel the next day... POWERFUL!

4. My BOOTY!! It feels tighter, sits a little higher and doesn't jiggle unless I'm in a situation where its supposed to. * wink *

5. Lower Abs. Listen, I have had 2 C-Sections on top of already being overweight. No matter what exercise walking, running, planking didn't matter. I thought they were dead.  When I did squats Shaun T style, those lower dead abs WOKE UP!!! and I lost a half inch around my panus. YAY!!
Squats are great! Do a few reps a day...it helps/works.

In Other News

So far this week has been pretty good!

Sunday I went on a lovely 2.15 mile walk at my favorite trail. I wish it could have been longer but I left the house kinda late and it was close to sunset. It made me miss walking the trail regularly. Even the inclines weren't so bad, surprisingly.  I was refreshing and I don't remember why I start slacking on my trail time.

Monday I did 180 squats, Frankensteins, Knee Ups and Kettle Swings 25 mins worth!!! My special ass should have put on my Heartrate monitor so i could have posted a calories burned...ugh! I was great though...I watched Beyonce perform on the VMA's 2 times...lol

Tuesday Great exercise!!!!  I like to do my squats before I do my cardio. Why? well because it activated those quads, pumps up the heart rate giving a higher-calorie burn. Took me 10 mins to do my 185 squats Pyramid reps style....BOOM!

Today I have more squats to do and I have to figure out my cardio. No doubt I'm gonna get her done!!

Have an AMAZING Hump Day!!!

Oh Yeh! I'm On a Roll!...

3 days in and the momentum is strong.
However the writers/creativity block is strong as well. HA!

Jasmine is a great challenge leader! She sends out texts and emails to check in!!! I would not be surprised if she falls in love with this challenge and hosts ANOTHER…LMAO!!!!

Anywho…let me get back on topic… (thanks Whoopi)'

I started my Exercise at the Office goal yesterday…I took a walking DVD and my laptop into an empty office and got my sweat on! I can not tell you how proud of me I am…I used to do it everyday last Summer and stopped…(no idea why)
So it feels good and I feel really proud of myself for doing it.

Having this accountability is really making me stick to my guns!!

I am also on Day 20 of the 30 Day Squat Challenge...my arse is SORE!!!!
There is no way I can go 100 or 205 squats in a row...so I break it down into pyramid reps
How I do it @ 90 squats and up

Pyramid Reps

Doing the reps like this causes fatigue sooner and to get a really good burn and builds the muscle so much better. I love a high booty...lol

I also and Uber excited about the Fall Swag Swap co-host by Camo & Lipstick!!
She got me loving swaps after I did one with her in the Springs so YAY!!!!!

Keep up the GREAT work fellow challengers!!!!

I'm Linking up today with Liz and FemmeFitale!!

Is It Day 3 or Day 4 of the Week?...

Happy Wed-Nes-Day READERS!!!!
It has been a wonderful week of laziness and quiet.
Haven’t done much fitness this week and well I care and don’t care.
My heart is still in the journey as well as my mind, which is why I have not had Chipotle, cheese and Coca-Cola every day.
I have still been logging my food and not binging.  I have gone over my calories some days but I have not gone back to high carbs, like my previous life.
I gets in a gallon of water every day and I raise my heart rate for at least 5mins…lol

Moving Forward

I love me some Kay over there @ The Kay Times and she is always telling her business on Wed-Nes-Day.  She really lets you know who she is and where her mind is.  (She doesn’t like Micheal Jackson – btw…humph) I love her anyway…HA!

So I have a few confessions to share.

In the winter I sleep with a fan on.  I close the vents. I crack the window and I sleep like a baby.  I do not like being hot while I’m in the bed unless something sexual is happening and even then I need a breeze. However, I only like being cold IN my bed. Not at work and not outside. J

I don’t like kids. I don’t think they are cute.  I don’t ooo and aahhh when I see them.  I don’t care about pictures of babies or pink clothes, booties, hats. Nope none of that nah! I don’t care about recitals or ballet.  Kids are annoying. Babies cry and poop. I only like my kids.  I raised my kids.  Please don’t show me pics of your kids, or roll up on me with your kid or tell me long stories about something they did.  D don’t care.

I believe in Cinderella fairytale love. It’s sad but true.  I believe that I will have my forever love one day.  Though I’m waaaaaaaay to old and live in the real world.  I just believe that the right one for ME is just waiting for me to get all healed up and right before God let’s them make an appearance. Boom!

Before I decided to change my lifestyle to live a healthier fit life I was a CocaColahollic.  I would keep cans and 20oz bottles of Coke in my room.  I would drink 8-12 bottles/cans a day EVERYDAY! I loved Coke!  It was harder to give up than bread. I IMMEDIATELY lost 5 pounds when I stop drinking.  Man I loved me some Coke. Passionately.

I finally got my friend to agree to take me to her favorite Zumba class…let’s see if it actually happens.
She keeps pissing me off.  She did a 5K last weekend and only mentioned yesterday or the day before because her legs hurt. She sucks. I ask her constantly to do 5K’s with me…UGH

She is a work in progress.

Anywho that’s all I got…

Have a wonderful evening!
I have a little heart rate raiser planned for this evening. Yay!
Wed-Nes-Day workout:  Going for either a nice long walk or doing my new SWEAT workout that I bought last week and haven’t downloaded yet. Looking forward to it!

Ha! Hump Day!!

Its Hump day fun day and I'm linking up with my favorite Hump Day Blog Hop! and #Workout Wednesday.

When we left off I was all excited about my 5 fitness spots and the coming weekend.

Weekend recap. (Confession)
Friday -Monday
1. No exercise
2. Barely left the bed
3. oh except to refill my glass with vodka or tequila drinks
4. I ate 3 squares and the drinks were my my snacks
5. I drank plenty of water. plenty

However, Saturday I went to and arts festival and walked around to 2 hours...It was casual and there was no grazing. I hate festival food. Its expensive.

I 'm pretty sure I'm going to pay for it next week . No doubt.

Monday I had some Peach Cobbler w/ Blue Bell ice cream.  I'm a Southern gal and I had to have it.  I didn't over do it, but the fact that I did it.  I'm not mad.   *shrug*

Tuesday Last night, I hit the trails and the weights.
I warmed up pretty good, or so I thought. SHIN PAIN!!!!! aka Payback
It hurt for a little bit, but I slowed my ass right on down, did the movements I do to decrease the pain, for about a mile and kept on going.

It was a great walk.  I like passing the slow pokes.
I also like the fact that my head COMPLETELY empties while I'm out there.

I got off work and laid in my bed.  I laid there chatted with my kids and thought about how good sleep would feel.
I was under the cover and it was feeling sooooooooooo good. I thought "I will exercise tomorrow."
I then immediately got my fat full-figured ass up, put own my gear and told the kiddies "I'M HEADING TO THE TRAIL!"
I did not want to or even feel like it, for that matter.  Which means I knew I needed to go. I knew that if I didn't go then I wouldn't go today or tomorrow and it would be excuse after excuse after excuse and, well I can't have that. I gots goals!

It was a great walk, like always.  My mood improved and I burned a ton of calories!

After I got home, I did my Daily Routine for Tuesday which was  Lower Body and Abs
I 1/2 the Ab stuff...I did 3 -30 second planks and 45 Russian twists. Good stuff.

Happy Hump day fitness gurus people!!

I can't wait to hit the trail today!

Its Dark Chocolate and Almonds together in a bar a sin?

Thank You Hump Day!

"What motivates you?"...
that's the question from the motivational Monday team link up.  I'm definitely not motivated on Monday...to do much of nothing. The link up lasts 4 days ...so I'm writing about it today.

What motivates me?
In relation to what? Life? Fitness?
 In LIFE.
My kiddies.  I only wake up in the morning because of them.  I only breathe for my kiddies.  When I was a teenager, I was a cutter and I was suicidal.  I hated life. When I entered my 20's  I other poor choices to numb the numbness.
When I became a mother ...well motherhood changed me.
I didn't want to disappoint or let them down
So that little girl and that little boy motivate me to live. Wake up, go to work, breathe,  buy $150 shoes...HA! Because of them. They suck ass but mommy loves them...They are my asses and I would have shot myself in the head a long time ago if I wasn't blessed with them.

blah...girly emotional mommy crap

In Fitness.
Mini-skirts, short shorts, going to Puerto Rico and walking around naked and look good naked.
and even though these are not on the top of the list they are just as important....better health, to live a longer.

but its just something about being able to shop in the misses dept.  To have more variety in black...lol

I have NEVER been skinny.  High school skinny for me was a size 14/16 and I was in high school when the only plus sized clothes were for old fat ladies...Golden Girls...elastic waist pants pastels and flower shirts.  ugh.

I just want to know that I can do it and see what I look like smaller.

It's Wednesday  and I love linking up with Liz @ Fitness Blondie , Hump Day Blog Hop! and Diatta @ Femme Fitale Fit Club, Workout Wednesday Linkup!

Lets go over my exercise routine that I have done this week.

Sunday : Cardio: Fail Strength: Fail
Monday: Cardio: 6.08 miles Arms: Fail
Tuesday: Cardio: 4.55 miles Legs: Fail (unless you count the walk/jog)
Today has not happened yet...sooooo

and I have yet to begin my AM exercise.  I know for certain I will begin that next week because
SCHOOL IS OUT!!!

What I am enjoying about my walking this month is that I am incorporating jogging.
Particularly, over the last 2 weeks.
So far this week I have been  jogging longer distances.  I have certain markers that I run to and from, but I have been pushing myself to go further...VERY VERY NICE!!!

I also meal prepped on Sunday.  It was the hardest and longest prep, even longer than the first time I did it...lol
However, I am happy with the results.
Egg Muffins

For Breakfast I made Egg Muffins...I LOVE these things...
Egg Beaters
Bag of Spinach
Sliced Baby Bellas
Onion
Parmesan Cheese
Reduced Fat Cheddar

For Lunch/Dinner I hooked up some Turkey Sweet Potato Muffins...They are great and don't be put off by the  sweet potato  you don't even taste it.  The muffins are very moist and flavorful...OMG they are so good.

Turkey Sweet Potato Muffins
1 pack lean Ground Turkey
1 small sweet potato cooked them mashed
Onions/bell pepper
Parmesan cheese
Spinach (a bag)
I have them with broccoli on the side.

There are enough for dinner.  AWESOME SAUCE!!

My Daily routine is really working out well. Yeah!

Ok so in other news:
Grey's Anatomy. It's my favorite show. She is my favorite character.
I knew last year that she was leaving.
I watched the season finale on Sunday.
I didn't expect the kind of melt down  that I had.
I cried hard. I cried loud.

It's the end of an era.  It would be like if one of the characters from Friends had left. Mid show.

ugh...Meredith is going to need her person when the shit hits the fan next season.

Any who
Farewell Christina

Almost Over the Hump...

This cat...LMAO!!!
We have been experiencing some beautiful weather this week in the Atlanta area.  It’s been pretty humid and H – O – T but so what.  We had a rough winter.  So I won’t complain.  I rarely complain anyway because weather is a constant, seasons are a constant, especially here in the A.
Just Write.
There are 7 days left in my kiddies school year.  7 DAYS!!  I am UBER excited about it!
Why!?
1.   I don’t have to rush to get them out the house and drive them to school…My daughter gets drooped off at school because, well I would pass it anyways heading to. My son goes to a shuttle  bus stop, by my job and if we are a minute late we miss it and I have to drive 30mins to get him to school.  Red lights and po-po posted the entire way!
2.       I get to sleep a little later, WHICH would encourage me to get up and do my morning exercise.  6am looks and sounds a WHOOOOOOLE lot better than 5:15am UH YEH! EXCITING!!!!
3.       After work fitness would not be delayed. I won’t have to pick my son up from the shuttle by 5:10. It really sucks. Once school gets out I can change into my gear and HIT THE TRAIL or a Zumba or anything!!!!! The choices are unlimited!!!!! NO KIDDIES TO PICK UP!!!!
4.       A peaceful drive home. I have a 16 year old girl and a 13 year old boy. Ugh.  The only way I can get them to shut up is to start talking about sex…LMAO!!!

I’m looking forward to it.

I am trying out a fitness buddy over the next few weeks.  I have a friend/associate that does/tries fad diet after fad diet after fad diet.  I hate her for it.  She is definitely one of those quick fix kinda people.  One day I’m going to sit down and talk to her about the mental part of a healthy lifestyle change.  IT TAKES TIME!!! COMMITMENT!!   She knows everything though so it may be hard…lol

However, she is willing to exercise with me, hit up different parks and bootcamps around the city to get our calorie burn on.   I think it will be fun and she is open to trying ANYTHING and EVERYTHING!!!!! She loves me…HA! Think I wanna die try a spin class.

My main goal this Summer is to enter ONEDERLAND!!!! And dammit the only way that’s gonna happen is if I keep on moving, eat right and STAY CONSISTENT!

Confession:
I have been really shitty when it comes to eating.  I don’t over eat or eat bread but I have been having some chocolate at bed time. You k now those little Hershey’s eggs that come out at Easter.  My kids don’t like them.  My taste buds like em tho! I haven’t blogged about it because of guilt, shame.  Well there it is.  I have taken it down from every night to 2 nights. Yeah!

Accountability sucks, BUT it’s necessary.  So thank you for listening.
I will be more honest with myself more often.

By the end of the summer Imma gonna be in ONDERLAND…I IS DETERMINED!!!!!

I’m continuing on my positive journey.

It’s one of my most favorite link up days.  Hump Daaaaaaay Blog Hop with the beautiful Liz @ Fitness Blondie.  She was missing last week, working in her physical life , unable to work in her blog life.  I missed her.  So glad she is back!  Xoxo

I’m also linking up with mah new fav Diatta @ Femme Fitale Fit , it’s Workout Wednesday!! She talked me off a ledge last week and I appreciate her for that. THANK YOU!!

I'm also trying the Anything Goes Link up this week....we shall see,  I have a couple of swear words above * crosses fingers *

Hump Ya!...

You know how some people are obsessed with the scale...well I'm obsessed with blogs stats.  I like seeing that I have views and COMMENTS!!!!!!!
I love feedback...I makes me feel like someone out there cares about my struggle.

However, I noticed that struggle that no one really cared about. Accountability.
Couple weeks ago I post about accountability here. Got no feedback. No love.
It sucked. * shrug *

Any who
I completed my #100in6
I walked 102.18 / 100 miles and I was finished 2 days ahead of time!!!
It was awesome!!
Now I'm searching for the next challenge.
My Swag Swap partner and I are talking about coming up with a challenge we can do together.
Any suggestions?

I love challenges. Here's why.
  • They give me focus.
  • There is a schedule with deadlines.
  • There is a fully defined tasks that have an outcome.
  • There are also rewards. Not monetary (though I'm not against it).  The rewards of a good, fun challenge are points and recognition!!!!
Know of any fitness challenges I can get into?

Last night I did some strength training.  The beautiful Liz @ Fitness Blondie post a Weight Lifting 101 I thought it was great! It was also the push I needed to follow through on one of my goals this week.
It was an upper body circuit....I now understand what fatigue mean.  Its not painful or sore its just weak as hell...can hardly type kinda weak.  Good shit!

This week I wrote out my exercise plan...have I followed it ....no
It's the last full week of my class and I had a paper to write that I was soooooooooooooo behind on so I have spent my nights writing and deep breathing.
I have NOT however, been snacking or eating CRAP...proud of myself.

I didn't meal prep this week because well I'm poor so I made a cute black bean and zucchini stir-fry that I have paired with turkey patties that my kiddies refuse to cook. * shrug *

Ok so last week I was poking around FabChickGetsFit and she had a link to a clothing site she loves, ASOS.
I found this dress.  I don't buy dresses, but I was being positive AND it was a great price!
Can I say dam!!! I have KNEES!!!!!!!!! The material feels great on my body and hugs my booty just right.  LOVE it!

Ok Happy Hump Day you guys!
Hit up my favorite blog hop Hump Day Blog Hop with Liz @ Fitness Blondie and a new Link Up that I hitting up today Workout Wednesday with Diatta @ Femme Fitale Fit Club

Have an awesome day!

My Lifestyle...

For the past 2 days I have been fasting.  I AM a spiritual, religious person and fasting, for me, is a way to get closer to God and be provided with clarity. Boom!
I was feeling like I had lost control and sight of my goals. I had been eating poorly and not giving my ALL to the exercises I do outside of walking.   I didn't want to continue a cycle of stating again EVERY single Monday or Tuesday or Saturday.  I needed to clear my mind, detox and find the strength that I know I have.
I haven’t fasted in years and even when I made the decision to do it I was second guessing myself.  Then I remembered I used to fast all the time. I could go from 3 days to 7 depending on what I needed.  I knew I could do it, but I have been having so much self doubt that I was scared I wouldn't make it.  I originally planned to just go 24 hours then I woke up the next day feeling good about me so I decided to go another 24 hours.  I went 48 hours without failing.
During he first 24 hours I wanted to eat the leftovers but I knew that will prove nothing. I was having the cravings and though I didn't give into temptation I wanted to feel stronger AGAINST them in that moment and future moment.

This morning I feel powerful! I feel like I can overcome and accomplish ANYTHING!!!
I overcame my cravings.
I pushed past the temptations.
I rediscovered the mental discipline that had been kidnapped by negativity and self doubt.

I love food…but it’s fuel
I have to discover ways to get the flavors I seek, but in healthier options.
I love Mexican food…Its to DIE for, but I can’t have those tortillas and chips and cheese (I stopped eating sour cream YEARS ago)
I love I talian…but I don’t want the pasta and creamy sauces.
I love cake and brownies and cookies ESPECIALLY when my daughter (the Sweets Boss )makes them… but I don’t wanna be fat as hell anymore and well one cookie is a dam meal,  so, um yeh no.

Discipline and Consistency are key
I have come up with a menu that I will eat every day, all day til I’m goal weight.

Breakfast – Egg Muffins filled with Spinach
Lunch – Turkey Muffin (will post recipe this weekend) w/ Broccoli
Dinner – Shrimp or Salmon w/ Spinach, Mushroom, Pepper mixture
Snacks – Almonds or cucumber slices (I don’t do well with lots of fruit or yogurt)
Sweet cravings – Water of a little The Bees Knees

I no longer use the term work out.  I hate work and the word work just makes me nauseous.
I have an EXERCISE routine that includes both Cardio AND Strength training
I’m working on a rewards system
And No cheat days maybe a cheat meal or snack but within a calorie range.

This is not a challenge. This is not a diet.
It’s a lifestyle.

I know that I am capable and that I have the discipline to be stronger than that coconut cream cake in the fridge…lol
I am so thankful and full of Gratitude that He loves me.
I am better than all the negative thoughts that have been counterproductive to my goal.
I’m free.

Happy hump day y’all!   Joining my favorite blog hop with Liz @Fitness Blondie!!!

2 Dope Boyz in a Cadillac...

Listen, Most of my blogs are about my journey and this one will be no different, BUT I have to share how HYPE (definition: stimulate or excite) I am this morning!!!
I'm from Atlanta, well not from but I have been here 27.5 years, so, I'm a PEACH DAMMIT! HA!
When I graduated from high school 20 years ago OutKast was arriving on the scene, They are THE BEST hop hip/Rap duo ALIVE and dead, but they are still alive.
They performed and Coachella, a musical festival, kicking off their REUNION and TOUR!!!!!!!!!!!
They are Atl grown and raised.  They bring me so much joy and pride because I don't know if you all know but Rap is dead.

It sucks horribly.  I look at my kids like "Y'all like this?" O_____O, seriously, It sucks.

Anywho, I found the Coachella performance online and watched it this morning.

It was THE BEST way to start my HUMP DAAAAAY!!!

I was excited and quite emotional!!!
I was singling along like I was THERE!!
I had so much happiness in seeing them reunited and PERFORMING!!!!!!
I teared up a little.

I have decided to go home pull out my crate of CD's , pull out my OutKast CD's, from Southernplayalisticcadillacmusik to Speaker Box/Love Below (which I still have in rotation in my car) and create a new walking playlist dedicated to OutKast!!!
Hey Ya
I Like the way you move
Ghetto Musik
Aquemini
BOB
I'm soooooooo excited!!!!

I'm also sore from my 30min walk/strength workout yesterday. Which I love! Soreness is the GREATEST!

I also did a mini  #MealPrep for my dinners the rest of the week.
I love color and I love veggies so I chop them up and throw them in a skillet saute them and add shrimp!
When it's time to eat, heat and add sriracha!!! Jooooy!!!!

Glad the rain has clear however, it's winter again.  It won't last long but MAN I wanna go walk outside!
So, Outkast and I will be hopping on the dreaded treadmill and pumping it out!
I got on the treadmill and did a pretty good Walk/Run!
Proud of me!

What a hump it is...

The weekend was not great as far as movement is concerned. I got my miles in on Friday, which is GREAT because I usually miss that good Friday workout. I got in 2.5 miles.
Then my brother and his babies came to town. The family was here to celebrate my son and my brother's birthdays!!!! YEAH!!!
The brother is my mom's favorite sooooo she cooks.
Saturday she prepared a good ol' SOUL food dinner.  not southern... SOUL.
I ate the veggies because this gal does not like chicken...ew...not a chicken fan...I only eat it when I HAVE to...which is hardly EVER!!! Oh and I had a small piece of Chocolate Ganache cake. :)
anywho...
Saturday exercise...nah...well wait..nope no exercise.
Sunday Family went out to a Hibachi restaurant!! YEAH
Probably the worse thing about that meal was the Garlic Butter...the bad thing was the white rice.

Monday my baby turned 13!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am officially the parent if 2 teenagers!!! OMG!
It's painful.
A little depressing.
Sad.
I wanna cry.
BLAH!
WE had breakfast lunch and dinner and play tons of video games for tickets.
Good times!
No exercise...unless you count me walking around Dave & Busters for 3 hours bouncing from game to game :)

Yesterday I was back at it!! Hit the trail got in 5+ miles!!!
As always it was a great walk and I ran a little. It was nice.
I one day want to run 3.1 miles...HA!

Therapy Session:

She's crying cuz I'm fat.
I'm tired.  I'm disappointed in myself.  I have worked so hard and all i wanna do in give stop and not care anymore.  It's so much easier to eat a pizza and lay in bed than it is to be disappointed by the scale not moving and the measuring tape being the same.  I am not in a plateau.  I am in that " You can't work out a bad diet" place... I not eating good.
I'm pretty, but No wann be here
Don't wanna be here again.

Last week I had waaaaay too much bread and rationalized it by saying "oh well your eating it before 2".  Bread bloats me and i know thins and I stillllllllll had a sammich everyday last week.
I even had my meal prepped lunches and still went out and spent MONEY!!!!!
I feel like I have lost control and no slogan or motivational pic is going to help me with that.
The break throu kinda happened today or laaaaaate last night.
I started as 273 POUNDS!! That's almost 300lbs.
I can stand be almost 200 but not 300.
I don't want to go back there. I will not go back there.
I was miserable.  Physically incapable and OBESE!!!!
I refuse to go back to that.
I refuse to not have these great climaxes...lol
Must keep going...
Must keep fighting myself to save myself.

I need an accountability partner and a challenge that is interesting. Yup!

Linking up with my favorite, Liz @ Fitness Blondie, Hump Day Blog Hop!!! ( I need a pic for this)
